So some of you probably noticed I’ve been trying to grow a mustache

I have to admit, my mustache isn’t impressive and hard to see at times, but the same goes for mental health. This past year has by far been the toughest mental challenge I’ve ever had. There has been many tough moments where things have felt a bit hopeless, but it showed me the importance of speaking up to friends and family about it.

That’s why I was inspired by @movember to make an impact this year. If you notice any of your close ones struggling or acting a bit strange, please check in on them. It takes so little and can make a huge difference.
