My motivation

Reflecting the on-average 60 who take their own lives per hour, to raise awareness and money for men’s health charities, I plan to cover 60 km each by running, rowing and skiing.

My (greying but rather snazzy) stubble/beard will also be transformed to an ill-advised moustache for the duration.

Som et symbol på de i gjennomsnitt 60 menn som tar sitt eget liv hver time, og for å øke bevisstheten og samle inn penger til organisasjoner for menns helse, planlegger jeg å tilbakelegge 60 km ved å løpe, ro og gå på ski.

Mitt (grånende, men ganske stilige) skjegg vil også forvandles til en bart som kona mi kommer til å hate – alt for en god sak.
